Indo-Sakura Software Japan Co., Ltd. has established the following policies to earn the continuous trust and satisfaction of customers and all employees.

- We strive to ensure that our quality policy is well known to all employees, understood, implemented and maintained. In addition, we will set quality targets, clarify measures, and proceed with activities.
- We regularly review our quality policies and targets, confirm their suitability, and continuously evaluate and improve them.
- We will comply with customer requirements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
